**While freight shipping is free to anyone with a loading dock or fork-lift, if you require a lift gate for delivery (i.e. delivery locations that do not have a receiving/loading dock OR a fork-lift) that is NOT part of our free shipping offer.
All freight carriers charge an additional $150 for deliveries requiring a lift gate.

IMPORTANT:
On arrival, prior to the driver leaving, you must check for any additional damage to your item and report it to us and the driver IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do this may result with inability to return the item as the delivery service will not accept responsibility past this point.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day from receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Allow 2 days for order dispatch on all freght items.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (may be a cost difference).
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it unless otherwise stated in the listing.
