The morel, one of the most prized and most delicious mushrooms.
The morel is perhaps the best known of the edible fungi, since it is easily identified even by those who have but a slight knowledge of mycology.
Dry mushroom mycelium -based on the newest technology, has the same qualities as the fresh, but differs in terms of storage (stored at temperatures from -20 to +40 and
humidity not more than 75% for about 3 years) and norm consumption.

Prepare your Mushroom Patches.
You can gather debris: last year grass, leaves, paper (not newspaper!) etc. Accurately rake ash into the soil at 5-6 cm., add the sand. -up. If dry, pour profusely. On patches however, ash is a good idea to carefully cover various waste clean-up:apple cores, apples, even mummified and rotten apples and pears. And manure not recommended nor as fertilizer or as litter.
Patches are hard to get started and need the right conditions, but
if you’ve done everything correctly
it will fruit for many years.
